Savills’ Huntingdon office has recently instructed CML to implement its “Triangle” application to provide a client accounting and property management solution for various Savills corporate property clients including a major utility provider, involving both commercial and residential property.

“CML Triangle”, which will be implemented over the next few months, will include a property terrier and the normal robust corporate client accounting functionality which runs throughout CML’s software. Additionally CML will be writing a bespoke Document Management System to enable Savills to record and track documents such as title deeds, leases, easements and wayleaves.
Andrew Pitcher, CML’s Property Services Director, said “We are delighted to have been chosen to provide Triangle to Savills Huntingdon office. Our software is already deployed extensively in other areas of Savills business and we look forward to extending our presence within Savills again”.
