Hamptons International’s Lettings and Management Division has selected CML Software Ltd as its supplier for a new residential lettings, property management and client accounting software suite. The decision has been made as part of a division-wide programme focusing on significant enhancements to Hamptons International’s comprehensive service offering.
CML was chosen as the preferred supplier following a rigorous selection process, focusing on the quality of service provision the product was able to support. CML’s experience of delivering large scale highly stable systems with feature-rich software was a key factor in the decision.

The system change project has already commenced and will be focusing right from the outset on inviting customer input to the way in which the service will be delivered.
