CML consultants will study the required data inputs and information outputs, consider the legislative and control environment requirement, understand the critical processes and business risk in the business cyle, assess where system efficiencies can be maximised and from this complete exercise be best informed to subsequently tailor, configure and implement the optimised solution for the client business.
This process is inevitably a team task between CML Software and our client but effort at this early stage always pays significant dividends later in an implementation project.
