Chesterton implements a CML Software system solution

Chesterton has selected CML Software Limited to provide a new software solution for its residential lettings business.

TDM Group, IT consultants to Chesterton, was instructed to source a software solution to meet the needs of the growing residential lettings business. After a thorough review of the marketplace TDM recommended a CML software solution to Chesterton and an implementation is now proceeding of CML’s front and back office software.

The system selection was reached after closely comparing the project objectives with the solution proposed by CML. Key areas were the extended and flexible functionality offered by CML’s software, the firm’s willingness to undertake a data migration from legacy systems and the significant advantage of the software utilising Microsoft Sequel Server technology meaning that there are no restrictions on future expansion of the system for the growing business need at Chesterton.

The new system implementation begins with the back office functions during August 2007 with the front office functions following closely behind during September.
