Successful PCS Expo

CML reports strong interest particularly in its residential lettings and block management software following a successful attendance at the recent PCS Expo 2005 held at the Islington Design Centre.

The show, which was reported to have a record gate, took place over two days and was attended by representatives of all sectors of the property industry. CML’s stand was visited by a wide variety of interested organisations ranging from sole practitioners to directors of nationwide companies. Many enquiries came from multi branch agencies and firms involved in block management to whom CML was able to demonstrate its Triangle software with its comprehensive estate and block level service charge provisions.

CML’s standard features such as Datapoint, Focalpoint, Attachments, File Notes, Coordinator, full compliance with current regulations and particularly the integration of CML’s software to modern electronic banking systems were very well received.

CML’s team are now embarking on a series of more detailed demonstrations of the full features of the software to the many interested parties.
